The cuisine: our local cuisine is at its best when coupled with our master chef's rigorous choice of organic products, prime cuts of meat including deer and ostrich and ancient Sicilian recipes. This all goes towards an unforgettable dining experience. |

| Entertainment is at its best here. A beautiful view of the Nebrodi Hills and the Aeolian Islands can be had from our restaurant. While this provides an unforgettable backdrop for receptions, the younger guests have not been forgotten as our farm allows them to take part in guided tours and brief tutorials in local farming activities. Local schools have long been taking advantage of our farm for pupils' days outings.
